What is PTSD Recovery Aid?
PTSD Recovery Aid (PRA for short) is a combination of the Emotional Healing & Pain Relief Aid, Overcoming Guilt, Shame and Fear, and the Fear Removal Module in one program, using all the latest scripts and technologies, and then upgrading, enhancing and improving them in several different ways to optimze this program for helping with PTSD recovery.
Please remember that this experience itself does not heal you. It gives your subconscious mind a set of instructions that, when executed, will result in you acting to heal yourself wherever, however and to whatever degree is possible. You are always the one doing the healing.
A Different Approach To Healing PTSD
PTSD Recovery Aid is the combination into one title of the scripts for the Emotional Healing & Pain Relief Aid (EHPRA), the Overcoming Guilt, Shame & Fear program (OSF), and the Fear Removal Module (FRM).
In a nutshell, EHPRA focuses on getting you to heal yourself emotionally from emotional damage and trauma. OGSF focuses you on eradicating the sources and triggers for guilt, shame and fear within yourself. And FRM of course focuses on freeing you from fear.
These programs are designed to release and disconnect guilt, shame a fear, as well as the triggers for them, and to develop a positive sense of self respect, self esteem and self worth.
One of the biggest issues that some people have as a result of traumatic experience is that they make their trauma a foundation for their very self identity. The result is that they must hold on to and actually preserve their their trauma and traumatized state to maintain that identity, which actively prevents healing from it.
PTSD Recovery Aid actively works to break through this and get rid of any "victim mentality" so that you can let go of trauma, heal from it and move on with actually and fully living your life and achieving your full potential. It aims to replace a victim mentality with a "winner mentality", and create one if you don't have a victim mentality.
You are not what has happened to you. That artificially limits you and holds you in a traumatized state, instead of allowing you to heal, clear, develop and achieve past the traumatic experience(s).
Patient, Gentle Healing
PTSD Recovery Aid is designed to take into account the extreme sensitivity of guilt, shame and fear, as well as the traumatic experiences themselves. It therefore is designed to work at the speed that works for you, and at whatever level of intensity YOU can handle.
As a result, this program is neither designed, nor intended, to work quickly. So if you at a conscious level want it to, stop right there. You must remember that the parts of you that are traumatized are still PART OF YOU, and they deserve to be treated with the kind, patient and gentle consideration that you do.
Healing in general, and especially healing fear and trauma, is not a fast thing. It needs to balance on a razor's edge to be successful, pushing just enough to make progress (however small or slow) with not pushing so far or so fast that it triggers more fear or trauma, or shutdown in the process. So expect this to be a slow, gradual process, and allow your subconscious selves to heal and clear their traumas and their guilt, shame and fear at the pace they feel comfortable with.
In other words, be kind to and patient with yourself. All of yourself.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: Do I need to be diagnosed professionally to use this program?
A: No. Originally, I had planned to set it up for diagnosed PTSD only. However, I discovered that it was possible for people who had not been disgnosed to also use it without issues.
Q: How do I know if I have PTSD, or complex PSTD, or no PTSD?
A: The best way to know is to be formally diagnosed. However, if you for some reason cannot or will not do that, then - while keeping in mind that this is not an official diagnosis, and may be incorrect - a good rule of thumb is to ask yourself the following questions:
- Have I had any experiences in my life that made me feel genuinely afraid for my life being ended? (For example, someone who has been in military combat, or has has been mugged at gun or knife point.) If so, you might have PTSD.
- Have I had any experiences that genuinely made me genuinely feel deeply violated mentally, physically and/or emotionally? (For example, being forced against your will to participate in sexual activities or being in any way manipulated into sex without your consent, or with consent that was given under what was later discovered to be false pretenses, which made you feel genuinely violated as a result.) If so, you might have PTSD.
- Have you ever had someone gaslight you with any degree of success, which resulted in any of the other options on this list? (For example, being told, typically by the abuser, that your memories of abuse are false, or that you are imagining something traumatic that you're sure happened to you.) If so, you might have PTSD.
- Have I had any experiences that left me deeply hurt mentally, physically and/or emotionally? (For example, being beaten and or phsyically battered by someone, especially someone who is close to you, especially if it happens repeatedly, and especially if they try to make you believe that their abuse is your fault in some way or for some reason.) If so, you might have PTSD.
- Have any of the above experiences left you long term or permanently changed, feeling guilt, shame, stress, fear and or anxiety as a result of having experienced them? If so, you probably have PTSD.
- Have you ever had one or more of the above as a recurrent experience in your life? (For example, repeated exposure to life threatening combat, being repeatedly assaulted sexually, having one or more people repeatedly assault you physically, or having two or more of any of these experiences.) If so, you may have complex PTSD.
This is not meant to be any kind of diagnosis or exhaustive list, just a way to have a general idea whether you may have PTSD or complex PTSD. You must have this condition professionally diagnosed to be sure.
Q: Will this experience help me if I think I have PTSD or complex PTSD?
A: The PTSD Recovery Aid can be helpful, useful and beneficial to anyone who uses it. However, it is designed specifically for those who have PTSD or complex PTSD, and especially have been officially diagnosed with that condition.
Q: What if I don't have PTSD?
A: You can benefit from this program even if you do not have PTSD. The scripts that this experience uses are very useful for improving your mental and emotional health regardless. If you do not believe you have PTSD, use the instructions for non-complex PTSD.
Q: Can I use this program along with therapy or counselling?
A: Yes; however if you do, your therapist and or counsellor should be made aware of your use of this program, and given a chance to read the product description.
Q: Will this experience cure my PTSD?
A: PTSD Recovery Aid is designed to be a tool that you use to help you recover from PTSD. It is not designed or intended to be a cure for anything. Your results will be unique to you based on many variables and factors.
Q: Can this program be used by children?
A: PTSD Recovery Aid is neither designed, nor intended, for use by or exposure to, anyoine under 18 years of age. Do not allow them to use or be exposed to this program. Please consult a qualified psychological professional instead.
Q: Can I use this experience instead of consulting a qualified professional?
A: If you wish to best heal your PTSD, you should seek qualified professional psychological help, counseling and or therapy as necessary and appropriate. This program is designed to help, not be the complete solution.
Q: How much will PRA speed up the healing process?
A: That depends on too many variables to honestly answer in any meaningful way. It depends on what needs healing, how much healing is needed, how old you are, whether the causes of trauma are ongling, whether and how frequently the trauma is being triggered still, how much sleep you get, how much stress you're under, whether you use nicotine or alcohol or other recreational drugs and many other factors.
Q: Why am I tired after listening to this program?
A: Some people may experience increased tiredness in response to using this program. It may be only at the beginning, or it may be longer term, or you may not experience this at all.
When this happens, it happens because sometimes, if you have something that needs to be healed and it requires an exceptional amount of energy to heal, the healing process may make you noticeably more tired while the healing is taking place. This will not happen for everyone, or every healing situation, but does happen occasionally. It just means you are devoting all of the necessary energy and focus to healing whatever it is that needs healing. PRA is designed to minimize exhaustion from this process, but it is still possible to feel drained according to how much energy is needed to do the healing required, especially in the beginning.
As the healing progresses, you may find that you experience a slow and steady lessening of this tiredness, or you may experience periods of more or less tiredness as different parts needing healing are healed. Depending on specifics, you may never feel tired at all! I strongly recommend allowing yourself as much rest as possible, and as needed, while you are healing.
Please note that using this program at too high a volume and/or for too much time per day of use will very likely result in excessive and possibly even debilitating exhaustion that can last for days after you stop. Don't do that. Follow the instructions.
Q: Can I use this program while taking medications?
A: This program will not influence, affect or counteract any medications you're taking. You can use it regardless of what medications you're taking.
Q: Can I use this program as a periodic "tune up"?
A: Yes! Simply use this program for one run-through per year for a periodic tune-up.
Q: Does this program work on physical issues?
A: PRA is designed with a primary goal of helping with your healing of your mind and emotional body to the maximum possible extent that you are capable of achieving naturally. It is not designed to trigger or help with physical healing.
Q: Does this experience have an energy shield built in?
A: No. It is designed to allow you to focus completely on what it is trying to do.
Q: Can I use other subliminals with this one?
A: The only thing you can use with this program is one (1) 6G stand alone shield. If you can handle it, I strongly recommend that you use this program by itself.
Q: How long is one loop of this program?
A: For PTSD, the loop length is 30 minutes. For complex PTSD, the loop length is 60 minutes.
Instructions
The instructions are not recommendations or suggestions! This is specifically how to get the best results from this program. That is why, if you do not follow the instructions, you are not eligible for a refund.
If you do not have PTSD:
Follow the instructions for those who have non-complex PTSD, below.
For PTSD:
Use the 30 minute loop length. Use this program for 1 loops (30 minutes total) per day on, for 7 (Seven) days on and 3 (Three) days off per usage cycle.
Use it at a volume of 10 out of 15 on an Android cell phone through the phone speakers, within arm's reach.
On an iPhone's speakers, play it at 11 out of 16 clicks, within arm's reach.
For Google and other phones, play it at the closest you can get to 67% of full volume, within arm's reach.
To keep the volume as accurate as possible, only play this program on your cell phone. Accurate volume is EXTREMELY important for this title!
Always listen to it with your cell phone within arm's reach.
A full run-through for PTSD is 2 (Two) months of these cycles without interruption. Use this program in blocks of 2 (Two) months at a time, and as many run-throughs as you like after the first.
For Complex PTSD:
Use the 60 minute loop length. Use this program for 1 loop (60 minutes total) per day on, for 1 (One) day on and 2 (Two) days off per usage cycle.
Use it at a volume of 6 (Six) out of 15 on an Android cell phone through the phone speakers, within arm's reach.
On an iPhone's speakers, play it at 7 (Seven) out of 16 clicks, within arm's reach.
For Google and other phones, play it at the closest you can get to 40% of full volume, within arm's reach.
To keep the volume as accurate as possible, only play this program on your cell phone. Accurate volume is EXTREMELY important for this title!

A full run-through is 4 (Four) months of these cycles without interruption. Use this program in blocks of 4 (Four) months at a time, and as many run-throughs as you like after the first.
As usual, this program cannot be used with any other subliminal or mind programming, except where stated above.
This program does not use AutoConfig. Please use it as instructed.
Format:
Always use Ultrasonic format unless for some reason you genuinely cannot. In that case, always use Masked format instead, unless you have deafness or Masked format does not produce results after 2 months. Only then should you consider using Hybrid format. Please request guidance from Shannon on the forum before switching formats.
