Exercise Motivation 5.5G is designed to do three things, and do them well:
- Motivate you to actually exercise to achieve your conscious exercise goals while enjoying doing it.
- Get you to actually exercise toward your goals until you have actually achieved your goals, and then actually exercise to successfully maintain those goals, and
- Do so safely, so that you do not damage yourself in the process of exercising or achieving your exercise goals, or as a result of exercising or achieving your goals.
This approach allows for a person with any positive exercise goal to use this program and get good results, regardless of their goals, because it doesn't require any specific goal -- only that the goal be possible to achieve and maintain safely. You can exercise for weight loss, weight maintenance, body building, fun, or any other reason.
Whether your goal is to lose fat, tone up, gain muscle or maintain an already achieved state, this program will help you do it and enjoy the process!
Instructions:
Use this program for 4 (four) loops per day, back to back, each day for at least 2 (two) months straight. Naturally, do not use this program with any other form of mind programming.
