Q: Why can't I just walk across from 6G to 6.5G on Stage 0?
A: Because it will break both the 6G run and the 6.5G run, and produce bad results. It will not work. It will waste your time.
Think of it like this: In theory it sounds like a great idea to swap out a 250 horsepower engine for a 1,500 horsepower engine in the middle of a race (presuming no penalty to time for the swap), right? It should make the car go dramatically faster and win the race.
But in reality, you can't just drop a 1,500 horsepower engine in a car that was designed for a 250 horsepower engine and have it work. You would need to reinforce the engine mount points, and the car's frame. You need much better tires. You need much better brakes. You need to use a different oil. You probably need to upgrade the transmission, too. Otherwise, you would shred the tires, bend the frame, break the mount points, be unable to brake properly and would likely strip gears if you hit the gas too hard with the new engine.
The build method and the skeleton script for 6.5G produce so much more impact that 6G that it will simply break continuity to the degree that the results will not be what you wanted. And you will waste the time you spent running both generations.
I don't know about you, but I don't have time to waste, especially when it's one or more months at a time.
Q: Can I do 4 months of 6G Stage 0 and then 4 months of 6.5G Stage 0?
A: You should not do that. That is too many months of the same script in a row for almost anyone to actually benefit from, even given the difference in skeleton script and impact. If you did 4 months of 6G Stage 0, move on to Stage 1 and come back to Stage 0 6.5G after finishing at least Stage 6, if you think you would benefit from another full run-through.
Also, Stage 0 is not designed or intended to be used for that long at a time, and finally, using it that long is just hiding from the later stages.
Stage 0 Instructions
The instructions are not recommendations or suggestions! This is specifically how to get the best results from this program. That is why, if you do not follow the instructions, you are not eligible for a refund.
If you DO need this program to be ready for Stages 1+:
Use this program for 4 loops (180 minutes total) per day on, for 4 days on and 2 days off per usage cycle.
Use it at a volume of 11 out of 15 on an Android cell phone through the phone speakers, within arm's reach.
On an iPhone's speakers, play it at 12 out of 16 clicks, within arm's reach.
For Google and other phones, play it at the closest you can get to 73% of full volume, within arm's reach.
During each play-through of the entire set, play this stage for 4 months before moving on to stages 1+ until you can handle running Stages 1 through 6 and make good progress while running them. Once you can handle running Stages 1 through 6 and make good progress running them, you no longer need Stage 0.
That means use it for 4 months and then run Stages 1 through 6. If you're still having trouble making progress, or find yourself unable to finish all of stages 1 through 6, run through Stage 0 for 4 months again. DO NOT run it more than 4 months at a time.

How To Run This Without Running The Rest Of The Set?
If you want to run Stage 0 solo, and not use the Alpha Male set, simply follow these directions for the circumstance you find yourself in (do or do not need it) and repeat as desired.
But if you run it for 4 months (need it for Stages 1+), or you run it 3 times back to back for 1 month per run (don't need it), please take at least a 1 month break in between runs.
If you want to run this with the rest of the set, follow the directions previously given for each case (4 or 1 month, etc.) and then run the rest of the set before considering whether to run Stage 0 again.
