The Healthy Knees program is designed to improve and maintain the health of your knees. It was requested by a gentleman who had a torn menuscus, which is the cartilage of the knee. He told me that his research showed that only a small portion of the meniscus gets decent oxygenation because of the particulars of blood flow to the cartilage, and that because of that, it wasn''t expected that his meniscus would heal. He asked if I could create a program to help improve blood flow, heal the meniscus, and regenerate and rejuvenate his knee health, including strengthening the ligments, tendons and muscles that make up the knees.
