Kids love to stay up late. It seems to be a universal truth. But kids also need more sleep than adults do, and the consequences of them not getting enough sleep can be a bear. This program encourages them to go to bed at bed time each night and take a nap if they are asked to during the day. You must decide what bed time is, however, and stick to it.
