Refunds

Non-Custom/Customized/Testing/Experimental Products: All of our non-custom/customized/testing/experimental products are eligible for a 100% money back guarantee.  However, due to the nature of subliminals, our refund policy is different than you may be used to.

To qualify for a refund, you must use the program, according to the instructions.  You will be eligible for a full refund after the time frame specified for proper usage of the program in question, and your eligibility for a refund will extend 180 days from that point.  For example: You purchase a program that requires 32 days of continuous use.  You use it every day for 32 days, and do not see any benefit.  You have 180 days from the end of the 32nd day of use (the end of the required period of proper use specified in the instructions) to request a refund.  This applies for all programs, regardless of how long the proper usage period is; 32 days, 6 months, etc..

You are not eligible for a refund because of a broken download link or failed download unless we cannot get your product to you any other way. If you encounter a broken download link or failed download, please contact us and we will get your order to you immediately.
