After six years of research and development, Version 4.0 of the Achieve Your Ideal Weight program has finally been released. This is the most powerful and effective version by far, and is specifically designed to take into account over a hundred different factors in why people gain and then have trouble losing weight. It is also specifically designed to be useful for even the most difficult cases of weight management.
My years of research and development show that weight gain and loss is almost entirely misunderstood (or at least misdirected), mainly because the drug companies want so much to find a magic pill so they can endlessly profit by selling you more pills every week. They in turn drive much of the way doctors approach and think about weight gain and weight loss, and from them also comes much of the mainstream scientific research as well. However, I am going to tell you right now, straight up. The answer does not, and never will, come in a pill. So almost all the current "mainstream" research is failing, because it is refusing to look in the right direction. Sorry about your luck, billionaire drug companies.
I'm about to make some people in these drug companies extremely upset with what I am about to tell you, but keep reading, I promise it will be worth it.
Weight gain and weight loss is not about what you think it is.
The truth is, it is a result of your deepest beliefs, coupled with specific body and personality types. This results in three main groups of people who strongly tend to gain weight and then have a very hard time losing it, while the people around them can eat the exact same things, and never gain a pound! They are most obvious in cases where the person is seriously overweight or obese.
These three main body and personality types I discovered and termed Type 1, Type 2 and Type 3.
Type 1 is characterized by a strong willed, resistant personality that tends to intensely dislike being told what to do. They typically display stubbornness, laziness and/or low (or slow) energy and motivation, and a strong preference for physical and sensual pleasure, but primarily through their sense of taste, smell and touch.
Type 1s love to feel good, and as such, they usually have a strong hedonistic streak. These people love to eat because they love the pleasure they get from eating. In a lot of cases, they also eat as a way to resist people telling them to lose weight. This is an example of stubbornness: refusal to comply, even at the cost of self destruction, just to be able to do what they choose to do instead of be told what to do by someone else. Often, this trait goes completely unrecognized.
Additionally, eating helps kill the boredom that results from either laziness or low energy and low motivation. There are other reasons of course, but Type 1s tend to eat a lot and actually do very little physically.
I call Type 1s the "physical core". Physically, these people tend to be stocky and more squarish in body type. Most of them have strong hands with squared palms, and shorter, thicker fingers than average. They also tend to have dark hair, and may have more body hair than the average person also.
Type 2 is the "emotional core". These people associate eating with security, comfort, love, happiness, safety and pleasure. Whenever they feel fear, insecurity, shame, doubt, uncomfortable, upset, angry, depressed, unloved, sad or threatened, they tend to respond by eating, mostly without being consciously aware of it.
The result is that they eat automatically, and automatic eating is usually continuous eating. When they are conscious of their eating, it is often because they are consciously seeking to relieve one of the negative emotions they are feeling. They either get that relief only while they are eating (so they continue eating), or they don't get it at all, but eat regardless because they expect to get it from eating anyway.
This usually results in the following vicious cycle: eating to feel better > negative response to their resulting weight > feeling uncomfortable emotionally because of the negative response to their weight > eating to feel better. In some cases, the vicious cycle will actually be based on irrational fear of losing weight, or being freed of the very fears that cause their weight issues!
The reason for this is emotional core types are guided by their feelings instead of thinking rationally or logically. These people feel their way through a situation instead of using logic, and can often be found saying they "feel" something, as opposed to thinking it. ("I feel like this is not a good idea," versus "I do not think this is a good idea.", for example.) Fear, guilt and shame tend to be primary reasons for them to gain weight and then resist losing it. Type 2s tend to have an apple shape. They are very sensitive emotionally, may cry more readily and more frequently than other types, and tend to be strongly empathic. They can sometimes be so emotionally sensitive tha their feelings can be hurt just by something they sensed (or believed) you thought or felt asan emotional response to them, instead of something that was actually said. Insecurity is often a major factor motivating these people to eat.
Type 3 is a combination of Types 1 and 2. These people tend to be the most overweight and the most resistant to losing weight. They combine the tendency to low energy, low motivation, hedonism, stubborness/resistance and laziness that Type 1s often have with the irrational, emotion-based thinking and automatic cyclical eating responses of the Type 2. Type 3s tend to be more round than apple shaped.
All three types strongly tend to gain weight and all three tend to strongly resist losing it. Not everyone who fits one of these catgories will be seriously overweight or obese, however. I spent a long time observing people of each type who were either seriously overweight or obese, and trying to understand why they think and respond in the ways they do. Through numerous interviews, observations of attempts and failure to lose weight, and a lot of plain old research, I succeeded in understanding their responses, triggers and motivations.
One important thing I realized is that the weight loss industry is actually not trying to get these people (whom they consider "cash cows") to lose weight, but is actually subtly helping cause them to gain and maintain too much weight by manipulating their fears and thinking about the subject for the sake of making more money! Let me say that again, a different way:
The so-called "weight loss industry" does not want you to lose weight. They want you to endlessly try to lose weight, but fail. This keeps you buying the pills, books, creams, herbs, patches, gums, whatever. They want to put a band-aid on the issue, not actually fix it, because if they actually fixed it, a multi-billion dollar industry would dry up. Someone is getting very rich putting their wallet above your wellbeing.
In fact if it weren't for the tendency of the average person to want to lose weight without doing anything, none of this would succeed! They want your money, and you want the dream they're only too happy to sell you in exchange.
"Take this pill for fast, easy weight loss!", they tell you. "Drink this 'liquid diet' and lose 15 pounds in just two days!" What they're not telling you - aside from that you'll spend that two days in the bathroom feeling absolutely miserable and doing nothing but dehydrating yourself - is that until you change the way you think, and what you believe... you will never get off the cycle of weight loss failure. Every weight loss advertisement you see on TV, hear on the radio, read in magazines, and find on the Internet, have one thing in common. They are all designed specifically to program your subconscious mind to make and keep you overweight.
It's true. Think about it for a moment and you'll understand what's going on right under your nose. If you are a Type 1, you want to lose weight without giving up what feels good. You also have low energy and motivation, and therefore you do not want to try too hard, because trying hard usually doesn't feel good.
Your advertising trigger is "effortless" weight loss. Offer you that and you will buy and try anything. Pills, creams, whatever new fad diet is supposed to let you eat anything you want to without having to *shiver* exercise. Boo, dirty word, right?
If you're a Type 2, you want to lose weight, but under no circumstances do you want to stop eating - because that is what makes you feel safe, secure, happy, loved, etc. Right? You do not want to exercise either, not so much because it's effortl, but because it takes away from time you could spend attending to your guilt, shame, fear, and insecurities by eating. So your advertising trigger is being offered the freedom to eat whatever you want and lose weight without having to change your eating habits or exercise. Offer you those and you will buy and try anything.
If you are a Type 3, you respond to the same things as Types 1 and 2, so the advertising trigger for you is... eat whatever you want to, do nothing and lose weight! And boy are they trying hard to give you that, too. Billions of dollars a year goes into advertising for weight loss products. Billions of dollars go into research and development of new drugs for this purpose. (And new drugs to deal with the side effects the old drugs caused, too!) And yet the real solution to being overweight - what actually works - has never changed since day one. Can you guess what it is?
The fact is, no matter what anyone ever tells you, no matter what book you read by what author... the ONLY way to lose weight is, and always will be, to do one of the following three things:
- Ingest fewer calories.
- Burn more calories.
- Ingest fewer calories and burn more calories.
Regardless of anything anyone says, this is a simple mathematical fact. You cannot lose fat (concentrated energy) if you have plenty of energy available to be able to store and maintain that fat and stay alive! In other words... to lose weight, you must either increase your energy expenditure above your energy intake... reduce your intake to less than your expenditure... or do some combination of both that results in a net loss of energy in versus out. That is simply and inescapably the way it is.
But... those three things are exactly what you do not want to do! So you try every possible "easy" way out, and every one fails in the end. You've used pills, diets, gums, herbs, "fat blockers" and every other gimmick you can think of to get out of having to work at it, and they all eventually fail, every time. If the weight changes at all in the direction you want it to - it always comes back, doesn't it? And in some cases, it comes back even more than before!
Some of you will give up at this point, and simply choose to believe that "I've tried everything, this must be impossible to change, so I'll just enjoy myself while I'm still alive." Some of you aren't ready to start fooling yourselves with this cop-out yet, and you go out and try something new: exercise (Hiss! Booo!) and perhaps some sort of diet. You then either do it for a time or two and give up, because you really did not want to do it ("But hey, I tried!" becomes the rallying cry-slash-excuse for the "did not really want to" people), OR, you will get fed up and go full tilt and seriously go for it. And guess what? When you do that, you start seeing actual results!
But after a while, something happens, and 90% of you who made it this far will falter and fail, yet again, even if you initially achieve what you want to achieve with your weight. 9 out of 10. That's a lot.
That 1 in 10 will get to and stay where they want to be for the rest of their lives, but the other 9 out of 10 of you will find yourselves looking at a scale that shows you gaining weight... again. And then you too will usually decide... "I've tried everything, this must be impossible to change, so I'll just enjoy myself while I'm alive." Cue the weight gain.
That is the way it goes, right? Nothing really works. There are a million and one diets and plans and "reasons" why you eat, gain weight, cannot lose it, cannot keep it off. It looks pretty bleak and seems - let's face it - hopeless. And that is a great excuse to eat even more, isn't it.
But I have a monkey wrench, and I'm about to throw it into the gears and mess things up, because I have figured out the secret of why that 10% succeeded! Not only have my years of research finally revealed this secret to me... but I have figured out how to make it work for you as well!
Yes, you!
No matter what you have tried... no matter what you think you have tried... no matter what you think you can or cannot do, or how much you can or cannot lose... I know the secret to success, and I have made it into the most advanced and most powerful subliminal program for weight loss IN THE WORLD. You can take that to the bank, because...
First, I have an uncensored live forum where you can see for yourself what people are experiencing with using it... and you will see that in spite of a sometimes bumpy road, they really are succeeding.
Second, if you use this program according to the directions, and you do not get the desired results, I will refund you 100% of the price paid for my subliminal program within 365 days of purchase.
However, you are not going to ask me for a refund. I know that because this program will work for you, just like it worked for all of my testers, just like it works for everyone else who has purchased a copy.
But what's the secret? The secret to to why it works, the success secret of that 10% who succeed in getting the weight off forever, is this:
All action is preceeded by thought. All thought is preceeded by belief. All beliefs are stored in your subconscious mind. And your subconscious mind does not want to change what it believes, because what it believes seems safe to it. The secret is that the people who succeed where everyone else fails have figured out how to permanently make that change to their deep subconscious programming.
The only way you are going to change what "programming" you have stored in your subconscious mind is through one of the following:
- You can repeat a new thought enough times... but the subconscious will try to defeat it by answering with old programming. That is why simply repeating affirmations can work, but usually does not. The subconscious is too strong - especially when it is afraid, feels guilty, feels shame, or just does not want to change.
- You can have a seriously traumatic experience shock you into changing. Heart attacks, diabetes and other such experiences sometimes have this effect, but not very often. Usually this will only work when someone finally gets fed up.
- You can use the latest technology to automatically re-program your subconscious mind.
It is this last option I am offering you in the form of a subliminal audio program. This program uses the best, most advanced subliminal technology in the world. It is created using the best, most advanced and effective subliminal scripting methods currently known.
My competitors want you to be impressed with their subliminal weight loss products when they average less than 15 pounds of weight loss for their total results. I suppose that if I had not seen what my own program consistently does, I would be impressed and excited by such paltry results too. I am not. Here's why.
If you properly and completely re-map your subconscious mind's weight-related programming so that your subconscious beliefs about what is change to match those of the people who are thin...
YOU WILL LOSE THE WEIGHT, AND IT WILL STAY GONE FOREVER. Period, end of sentence, end of story! Because...
Your current outward reality is a direct result and reflection of your current subconscious programming and beliefs. Your current subconscious programming and beliefs result in what, how and why you think you do, how you respond to outside stimulus, and what you do and do not do as a result.
Change your deep subconscious beliefs... and regardless of what body or personality type you are... you can and will lose the weight, and it will stay off as long as that programming remains dominant in your subconscious mind. It just has to be the right thinking to properly balance the other factors.
Pretty simple, right? Well, if it were really that simple, my competitors would already be there. It also takes a properly scripted subliminal, a properly built subliminal, and someone who knows not only weight loss, but subliminals to script and build it. In other words... this is the only subliminal in the world that will work for the vast majority of people who use it properly, because it is based on years of intense research and development into weight loss by someone who is expert in scripting subliminals!
That is why it is priced as it is: literally years of research, developent, experiments and education went into creating it. Actually, the price I am asking is a lot lower than what my marketing consultants told me I should be charging. They suggested prices between $500 and $5,000 a copy. But I chose this price because I wanted to make it reasonable for the people who need it the most. (Did I mention that obesity tends to be linked to the stress of not being financially self sufficient?)
Now you know the truth. The question is, do you really want to achieve your ideal weight? Are you willing to press "play" once a month for six months? Because seriously, that is all that it takes to use this program properly: you choose which format you prefer from trickling stream, ocean surf or silent/ultrasonic, and then you play the program on loop mode 24 hours a day through speakers in your bedroom. Once every 32 days, you switch to the next stage. And at the end, if you are still in the process of losing weight - you simply start over and run through the program again until you have stopped losing weight.
It's really that simple. (I made it that simple so there would be no excuses for not succeeding. If you can't press "play" once a month, you just don't want to change.) The program is also not designed around a "diet". You don't have to worry about what you eat. Instead, the program guides you in how much to eat, how frequently to eat, and other factors that balance your energy intake regardless of what you eat.
The only thing you really need to do is use the program even if your subconscious mind starts trying to resist your new programming. That is a favorite tactic of a resistant subconscious: convince you the program is not working, so you should quit. Meanwhile, your friends are commenting on how much different you look, and you need a belt to keep your pants from falling off all of a sudden.
So are you ready to achieve your ideal weight? You would not have read this far if you were not. So take the next step: get yourself a copy. Then join our live forum, and start your own weight loss journal. I'll be there to personally help you stay motivated and answer your questions. I want you to succeed as much as you do, and here is why:
I designed this program to succeed in its goal. That means that because it works, I will only sell one copy to each customer who buys it. Which means that for me to make money selling it... I need to sell more copies. And how do I do that? By making sure everyone who uses it succeeds! If it works for everyone else, why wouldn't you buy it too? So your journal will not only help you by providing you with access to support along the way, but it will help others see that the program really does work. Everybody wins!
You're not alone, and you don't have to feel hopeless or helpless anymore. The solution is at hand. Take the next step, and start making your dream into your reality!
